So, I'm trying to get back into school after four years of working as a research assistant. Initially, I applied to four schools, with hopes of getting into at least one.
I thought I neglected to turn my test scores to one school, so I called their admissions office to check up on it.
The lady on the phone told me that they already sent out invitation letters, and that my name wasn't on the list.
At first I was okay with the news. As she told me more about my application, it sank in. I didn't get into my safety school.

After sobbing a bit out of frustration, I called another school to check up on the status of the applications there. They told me that they'd know by the end of the month.
So, I'm scrambling to apply to other schools, in hopes of getting into their programs. If not, then I need to a lot of soul searching to find out what exactly I want to do with my life.
